The light and airy interior opens onto a spacious, Mediterranean-style patio terrace surrounded by box hedges. The terrace is perfect for alfresco drinks or meals, with extensive timber decking plus 1,000 square metres of gorgeous Indian sandstone paving. Its focal point is a timber bridge over a beautiful Japanese Koi carp water feature. Beyond is the summer bar area and open-air swimming pool – the finishing touch that makes the Olive Tree Restaurant a wonderful venue for events and special occasions.
