The accommodation is a charming single-storey, three bedroom period flint and brick cottage which has been recently redecorated and refurnished to a high standard. The property has a south facing courtyard to take full advantage of those sunny days and is the perfect location for a self catering holiday in North Norfolk.

The master bedroom at Stubton Cottage contains a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, and two bedside tables, each with a lamp. The twin room contains two twin beds, a Victorian fireplace, a wardrobe and chair. Bedroom three contains bunk beds and a bedside table. The dining room contains an antique pine table and comfortably seats six. The comfortable, sunny sitting room features a woodburning stove and original artwork.

Stubton cottage is perfectly located for those wishing to holiday on the Norfolk coast, and is within easy driving distance of the beach at Brancaster, Thornham, Brancaster Staithe and Wells-next-the-Sea. It is also ideally situated for Sandringham, with its renowned flower show, as well as Holkham Hall and Houghton Hall. And of course, for those wishing to sail, there are nearby harbours at Brancaster Staithe and Burnham Overy Staithe.

The North Norfolk coast is a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and there are numerous beaches along the coast from Old Hunstanton through Brancaster and Brancaster Staithe and along to Wells-next-the-Sea. There are ample opportunities for birdwatchers, especially at Titchwell and Holme, and for keen golfers, the Royal West Norfolk Golf Club at Brancaster and the Hunstanton Golf Club offer marvellous courses, which are within easy reach of the holiday accommodation.
