Located in the heart of Sheringham, Norfolk, a thriving seaside town on the edge of an Area Of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB), both Flint Cottage and Stone House have ETC 4-star grading and offer high quality, stylish self-catering accommodation. Allowing children and pets, and being just minutes from both the beach and Sheringham town centre, they make the perfect base for memorable holidays on the Norfolk coast.

Flint Cottage and Stone House are only 200 yards apart, making them an excellent choice for larger families or groups. For smaller families or groups our holiday home, Pinewood which sleeps 4+, is just a short distance away at Kelling Heath Holiday Park near Weybourne.

Located in the heart of historic Sheringham, Stone House is a modern town house with plenty of character for a self catering holiday. A few minutes walk from both the main shopping street with its many delightful shops and restaurants, and the sea front and beach, this property is a wonderful, comfortable base for summer and winter breaks.

Arranged over three floors, and featuring tastefully furnished and unusual shaped rooms it is a spacious and quirky choice for your holiday, whether you are a couple or a family of up to 6 ( + cot ). Plenty of windows mean this cottage is light and airy throughout – perfect for experiencing the salty sea air!

The ground floor has a fully fitted modern kitchen and a large, unusual shaped lounge-dining area which has curved walls, a feature fireplace with electric ‘log burner’, relaxing sofas and flat screen TV & DVD.

On the first floor there is a double bedroom, a large single bedroom, family bathroom with W.C., all furnished beautifully to complement the individual and contemporary ambience of the cottage.

The second floor features a generous circular-shaped Master double bedroom (complete with flat screen TV) with an architecturally interesting ceiling, a fully fitted shower room and W.C. Recent addition of a deluxe double sofa bed sees the Master bedroom easily converted into a family room, without compromising on space or comfort. Please ask if you wish to use the sofa-bed at the time of booking.

The property enjoys all modern facilities: colour flat screen TVs + DVD & CD, washer/dryer machine, dishwasher and microwave.

Full gas central heating throughout.

All bed linen is included in the tariff and all beds are fully made up in advance of guests’ arrival.

Tea towels are provided. Bath & hand towels are not provided but can be provided by prior arrangement at a small additional cost per guest.

Cot/highchair/stairgate can be provided upon request (please ask at time of booking).

On road parking.

WI FI is available upon request free of charge

Stone House is non smoking throughout.

Pets are welcome at no extra charge by prior arrangement at Stone House but please be aware that this property has no outside garden, making it less suitable for pets than Flint Cottage.

2012 Tariffs: £295 to £625 pw. Short breaks 3 nights from £225. Discounted tariffs available for couples or small groups – please ask.

Heating/electricity costs included. We do not charge any separate booking fees.

What can you expect from a stay at Flint Holiday Cottages…?

∗ A relaxing stay. We see our cottages as an extension of our own home so it is crucial to us that they are always ‘just right’.

∗ Everything you need. From the beds being made up to our ‘brilliantly equipped kitchen’, we try to think of pretty much everything (including a few little extras to make you feel really welcome – we even provide complimentary shampoo and bath/shower gel so you don’t have to pack it!).

∗ Standards of housekeeping akin to that of a top hotel. Our cottages are thoroughly cleaned between bookings to the rigorous standards of our Housekeepers Apryl & Coral, who live locally. We regularly receives compliments from our guests – one recently remarked that it was cleanest place they had ever stayed in.

∗ No ‘hidden’ costs. Our standard tariffs are straightforward and include heating/electricity costs. We do not charge a booking fee. There is a small additional sum for bath/hand towels if you do not wish to bring your own, but this is simply to cover laundering costs.

∗ Sunshine. Can’t promise but we’ll do our best…
