This 16th Century former Elizabethan Manor House, has been lovingly restored and converted into a luxury country hotel with stunning gardens, including a 400 year old Mulberry tree, which legend holds was planted by Pocahontas during a visit to Heacham with her husband John Rolfe. The south west facing terrace provides the perfect place to relax and enjoy the sun sets over the Wash.

You find the hotels welcoming reception hall leads to a comfortable lounge and bar with the terrace overlooking the 15th hole and The Mulberry Restaurant with conservatory.

The hotel boasts a range of hotel rooms to suit a variety of tastes and budgets. From clean, comfortable and spacious standard rooms, right through to the stylish ‘Four Poster Deluxe’ and the flagship ‘Manor Suite’ which boast sumptuous furnishings and elegant four poster beds.

Further accommodation is available within our Norfolk style, self catering holiday cottages, located next to the Manor. Equipped with fitted kitchens, lounge and dining areas and up to 3 double en-suite bedrooms, a cottage is ideal if you want that extra space together with the option to cook for yourself. Of course, you´re welcome in the hotel or restaurant any time.

We offer a selection of Pet Friendly Family Suites. With many great walks and miles of sandy beaches nearby, dogs are very welcome at Heacham Manor.

If you love food, you will love the Mulberry Restaurant- now holders of a prestigious AA Rosette award. The menu capitalizes on one of Norfolk’s greatest strengths- it’s fantastic fresh, local ingredients.

Whether you´re a seasoned pro or an enthusiastic novice, you´ll find that Heacham Manor´s 18 hole course is a worthy and enjoyable challenge. Now in to it´s 4th growing season (the hotel was a working farm up until 2008), the greens are fabulous, and the fairways are coming on very nicely indeed. There is also a driving range, a putting practice area and a 9 hole course on the neighbouring leisure resort which you can access from the hotel.

Our Spa & Wellness Centre opened in July 2013, offering relaxing holistic treatments, sports massage, yoga, pilates and much more. All guests staying at the hotel may also enjoy the wonderful facilities at our nearby 5∗ holiday resort in Hunstanton. Only a short 5 minute drive, you can enjoy free use of the swimming pools with jacuzzi and sauna and a children indoor soft play area. Daytime activities & Evening entertainment is provided free. Extra facilities for a small fee also includes, golf, fishing, bowling green, petanque, crazy golf, cycle hire and lots more

Furthermore, families may enjoy free of charge the leisure facilities within our leisure resort just a few miles from the hotel, offering swimming pools and both daytime & evening entertainment for all ages.

If you’re looking for an exceptional venue for your wedding you’ll find that Heacham Manor has all the right ingredients; a breathtaking venue, lovely accommodation and fantastic catering, all brought together by a small team of expert (and very nice) event planners, who will work alongside you to ensure your day unfolds just how you always dreamed.
Ideal for intimate wedding ceremonies, Heacham Manor is fully licensed to host a civil marriage in any of our three function rooms, the largest of which is the conservatory which comfortably accommodates up to 60 people.

The conservatory is bright and airy with delightful views over the gardens and golf course. For smaller ceremonies we also have the Drawing Room and the Edrich Room, both of which are delightfully plush with dark wood furnishings and a distinct country house atmosphere.

We can cater for small intimate wedding receptions within the main house itself, or for larger celebrations a marquee can be erected in the hotel grounds. The Marquee will be used for your Wedding Breakfast and evening celebrations.

For a unique, personal country manor experience the main house can be hired for your sole use and therefore will only be accessible by you and your guests. This will also include use of all 13 bedrooms in the main house.

Heacham Manor is the perfect place to entertain prospective clients, host business meetings, and conduct training days. We have two rooms which are great for small to medium sized meetings, the hotel is equipped with wireless internet in the conference rooms and public areas, and all the rooms have wired internet so you can continue to work in the evenings.

We can tailor make a package to meet your exact requirements incorporating any of the facilities we have at our disposal. Golf, clay pigeon shooting and fine dining can all easily be included in your package, and if you have something a little more unusual in mind, just let us know and we´ll do our best to accommodate you.

NEW FOR 2013 Heacham Manor Hotel is delighted to offer its customers theatre break packages. The newly formed relationship with The Princess Theatre, Hunstanton enables us to offer our customers exclusive theatre break offers.
