Paws For A Walk - Norfolk
The Paws for a Walk website was launched with the aim of providing all sorts of useful help and information for Britain’s millions of dog owners. The site features lots of places to stay but it intends to be a lot more than just a reference point for dog friendly holiday accommodation. It features all the very best dog friendly accommodation both in Britain and Ireland, as well as Europe on its sister site, Paws Abroad. The site is packed with interesting and important features for all those who love going on holiday with their dogs. They include information on safety, travelling abroad, how to locate a vet, and walking in the countryside.

There is a Review section in which we cover places we have stayed ourselves, with our own dogs. The Paws For a While section throws the spotlight on individual parts of the country, providing useful information on places to visit, things to do and where to walk with your dog. Our Understand Dogs area of the site features articles by dog behaviour and training experts. There are Residential Training Courses listed, from sheepdog handling, to agility and obedience, so that you can enjoy a holiday in some of the most beautiful areas of the country and train your dog at the same time! And, there is The Dog´s Blog, the wry musings of the border collie, Fynn, and his trusty sidekick Jack.

The wide open spaces and rural landscape of Norfolk make it an ideal location to bring your pet with you. Visitors will find miles of safe rural paths, heathland and woodland, stunning sandy beaches and plenty of pubs which are happy to accept well behaved dogs. The website’s coverage of Norfolk ranges from hotels to guest houses, bed and breakfast to self-catering cottages, boating and caravan/holiday parks – something for everyone.
