Norfolk Holiday Guide introduce Big Skies Food Company
"You can´t beat a good pie" says Zoe of the Big Skies Food Company.
We make our totally unique pie using Blythburgh free range pork (BFRP) which has been voted best Pork in the country this year at the taste excellence awards. We also use Eleveden Estate potatoes and locally sourced carrots, all wrapped up in my grannies English shortcrust pastry.

All made by hand, our pies are a rival to Cornwalls pasty and celebrate ingredients produced under the big skies we live under. Our customers love the idea of a regional pie and wholly support us at Diss street market every Friday and Saturday.
We are a very young company and the support we have had in our home town and at local festivals has been amazing! We are community partners with Diss Ruby Club and DIss community farm.

Big Skies Food Co. also produce a hand made 90% BFRP pork sausage - ´The Snorker´ - which is gaining a real following. It´s taken us six months to refine our recipe but we are very pleased with the results.
