Norfolk Events 2012 - What´s On And Where

Norfolk plays host to a great variety of events, including shows, gigs, concerts and festivals throughout the year, suiting all tastes, from classical and rock music, through maritime and heritage festivals, to flower and garden shows.

At Diss Corn Hall and Marina Theatre Lowestoft there is a vast array of events throughout the year including theatre, comedy, music and dance, cinema, family shows and poetry - something to suit almost every taste.

Whatever your interests, there is always plenty of things to do for all ages. There´s something for everyone in Norfolk.

Highlights include:

Norfolk and Norwich Festival; Holkham Country Fair; Kings Lynn Festival, North Norfolk Music Festival, Beccles Music Festival and North Norfolk Food and Drink Festival.

There are daily performances of the Christmas Spectacular Circus & Water Show (dates to be advised) at the Hippodrome in Great Yarmouth. There is also a varied, frequent, often daily programme of shows and events throughout the summer at the Gorleston Pavilion Theatre, and Masonic Royal Assembly Rooms in Great Yarmouth, Cromer Pier Pavilion Theatre, the Marble Hall at Holkham and the Sainsbury Centre for Visual Arts in Norwich.

Geocache Trail at Fairhaven
A 12 cache trail round the garden for the summer holidays. Visitors will need their own gps device, portable sat nav or sat nav app on their smart phone. Free clue list from the gift shop.

Outdoor Theatre 2012 at Holkham Park courtyard
We look forward to hosting another exciting programme of family entertainment in the beautiful setting of the courtyard in Holkham Park. For 2012 we have carefully selected performances to include traditional popular titles of comedy and drama and welcome theatre companies who have been to us before, as well as well as newcomers.
