At Blickling, you can go on a journey of discovery and follow four centuries of history. See the servants’ quarters and listen to the stories of the people who used to live and work here. Above stairs, you can imagine yourself as a guest at one of Lord Lothian’s house parties, just before the outbreak of war.

Outside, the gardens provide colour and interest all year round, from the herbaceous formal gardens to the stunning parterre and woodland wilderness.

Enjoy local seasonal food in the restaurant or Courtyard Café. Gift shop, plant sales and second-hand bookshop, plus cycle hire from April to October. Year-round programme of events and activities.

Felbrigg is a truly bountiful estate where food is celebrated at every turn. Admire the sumptuous interiors, full of original contents, enjoy a ‘Grand Tour’ of the Cabinet and take some inspiration from the productive walled garden – it’s a gardener’s delight.

The rolling landscape park with a lake and 520 acres of woods and waymarked trails is a great place to explore Felbrigg’s nature and wildlife, at any time of the year.

Delicious local and seasonal food using produce from the walled garden is served in the brasserie and café. Year-round programme of events and activities and plant sales in the courtyard.

This romantic moated manor house has been lived in by one family, the Bedingfelds, for over 500 years. Inside, the family’s Catholic history is revealed, complete with secret priest’s hole which you can crawl inside. Don’t miss the exquisite needlework by Mary, Queen of Scots and Bess of Hardwick.

Elizabethan House Museum
